**Warm yoga (90 degrees, no added humidity)** Y6 Mix introduces students to what YogaSix is all about by moving through a sample of three Y6 classes: Y6 Signature Hot, Y6 Sculpt & Flow, and Y6 Restore. This 45-minute class embodies the energizing, empowering and fun atmosphere of Y6 and allows students to flow, sweat, strengthen and stretch.
