Join me at Brookhaven Nature Park in Northwest Raleigh to sync your body, breath and mind to Mother Nature, which research shows further supports relaxation and mindfulness. This one-hour yoga practice is for all levels of students, with lots of options and time for intentional breathwork and meditation. You'll leave feeling strengthened, stretched and more connected to other local yogis.
