What better way to start 2026 than with weekly yoga that supports your body and channels your energy with the chakras?
Over 8 weeks, this special class series will move through the 7 primary chakras ~ powerful energetic portals that bring us beyond our physical bodies and closer to inner peace.
Whether you commit to the full series or attend the classes one-off, you’ll learn how to engage your energy to step into your truest, highest self.

Classes return spring 2026 - join the newsletter to hear updates!
Join me at Brookhaven Nature Park to sync your body, breath and mind to Mother Nature, which research shows promotes relaxation and mindfulness.
This weekly, all-levels yoga practice with breathwork and meditation will strengthen and stretch your body, plus connect you to other yogis.
What will we do in the Chakra Yoga Series?
Each weekly class begins with a short lecture on 1 of the 7 primary chakras, like its properties and impact.
We’ll then move through an all-levels physical practice that activates that chakra.
After, we’ll end with a guided meditation and reflection on how that chakra’s energy is showing up in your body, mind and heart.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of that chakra, plus knowledge and tools to continue your exploration outside of class.
I’m a newbie to the chakras and/or yoga. Is this series for me?
Yes! The lecture, physical practice and meditation are designed for all levels of knowledge and experience.
This series is a great foundation for your education of the chakras and how you can integrate what you learn into your physical practice.
I’m pretty familiar/experienced with the chakras. Is this series for me?
Yes! The lecture content may be a refresh for you, but you’ll be able to work with the chakras at your unique experience level in the physical practice, meditation and reflection.
The series will meet you where you are, and invite you to continue strengthening and deepening your chakra practice.
Why should I attend all 8 weeks of the series?
The 7 primary chakras are part of a “system,” where their properties relate to and build upon each other. In ancient yogic philosophy, achieving a healthy, balanced flow of energy through all of the chakras unlocks the key to enlightenment.
By taking time with all of them, you’ll gain the fullest understanding of the chakras and access the deepest potential impact in your own practice.
Plus, It takes ~9-10 weeks on average of consistent effort to build a strong habit, like your yoga practice. By investing in all 8 weeks of this series, you’ll not only receive a full education of the chakras – you’ll feel more motivation and accountability to arrive on the mat.
In 8 weeks, you’ll build a solid foundation for a consistent practice that can last for 2026 and beyond.
However, you'll also receive a lot of value from attending any of the classes. Joining one or a few in whatever order can be a great way to become introduced to the chakras and inspire you to explore more!
I want to attend the Full Series but I can only make 5/6/7 of the weeks. Is there a discounted package I can buy?
Yes! Please send me a message through my contact form below, and we can explore a customized package.
What is your cancellation and refund policy for the Chakra Yoga Series?
The Full Series and Half Series purchases are final and nonrefundable. You will receive my weekly videos of class content even if you're unable to attend the in-person class.
Drop-In purchases for one class are final and nonrefundable. If you can't attend the class you signed up for, I’ll provide you a credit for one of the remaining classes in the series. If a special circumstance prevents you from attending any remaining classes, please reach out through my contact form to discuss a refund option.
Online Series purchases are final and nonrefundable -- the videos are yours forever!

Enter the lobby through the front door, find the elevator to the left, and take it to the basement (B) floor. We’re in the room to the right.
If you have any challenges finding the museum or our practice room, give me a call at 973-600-1170.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing, and consider layers. Our space will be room-temperature, but you'll build some heat in our physical practice.
Bring your yoga mat, a personal water bottle and any props you'd like (towel, bolster, strap). Blocks will be provided. Bathrooms and a kitchen to fill your water bottle are available.

Welcome! I'm a Yoga Alliance-certified registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who has worked with the Raleigh community since May 2022. With a holistic and accessible approach to yoga, I offer physical and energetic practices that leave students feeling strengthened, stretched and more connected to themselves.
I embrace each person where they are and have loved guiding many different students, including corporate teams, college athletes and children.
With a previous career in public relations, I now pursue yoga full-time to share this ancient practice through foundational classes, educational workshops and transformative retreats.
