Immerse yourself in presence and relaxation with this special yin yoga and sound bath. For all levels of students, Elizabeth will guide you slowly into active stretching postures held for several minutes to deepen your flexibility and mobility, with lots of options and props to support your body. You'll surrender fully with an extended savasana.
The class will be accompanied by vibrational sound led by Kristine, a fellow yogi and energy worker, to awaken your energetic body and ease you into a meditative state.
You'll leave feeling physically grounded and mentally and emotionally soothed, ready to transition into the coming week and fall season.

The City of Raleigh Museum is on Fayetteville Street next to The Big Easy. Look for a tall red brick building with "CORMuseum" on a black awning.
Enter the lobby through the front door, find the elevator to the left, and take it to the basement (B) floor. We’re in the room to the right.
If you have any issues parking or finding the museum, give Elizabeth a call at 973-600-1170.
