
Ignite your energy in this 75-minute vinyasa yoga practice that links your breath to movement. Meant for all levels of students, you'll be empowered to choose options that are best for you and your body.
To balance motion with stillness, we begin with grounding breathwork and end with calming meditation, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
You'll leave feeling energized and a perfect blend of strengthened and stretched. It's a great way to meet other local yogis, too.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, towel
Please note: There are no bathrooms.
How to get there: Put "Wooten Meadow Park" in your GPS.
Where to park: Anywhere in the small parking lot.
Where to go: Walk into the park on the paved path. We'll practice on the open grassy field.
