I'm curious... how do you feel about 2025 ending?

For me, 2025 was one for the books. It's had some of the hardest challenges, but also the greatest blessings. A few that come to mind:

I left my corporate America career to pursue my passion. Navigated ends and beginnings of relationships. Moved twice. Adopted the cutest little cat. And entered my third decade of life.

I hold all of it with gratitude, because it's all shaped who I am right now. 2025 gave me no shortage of learnings and wisdom that I'm taking into 2026.

I've expressed it before, but it needs repeating: Thank you so much for being part of my journey with Embodied Yoga.

No matter how we met -- maybe years ago or recently, at YogaSix or CorePower, in my chaturanga workshop, at my classes among the trees at Brookhaven, or even stumbling upon my website -- I'm thankful our paths crossed and for your support, however that's looked.

2025 was a year of building and launching my own business, like planting the seed of a tree. I know 2026 will be about growing and deepening the roots, nourishing something that's strong, authentic and meaningful, as we all journey with yoga and in life. I'm so excited and grateful to grow it together.

I wish you a celebratory, reflective end to this year, and a grounding, peaceful start to the new year.
