Saturdays 10-11:15 am: Vinyasa Flow

Mondays 6-7 pm: Slow Flow & Yin

Settle your nervous system. Half gentle warming movement, half active deep stretching. Leave feeling grounded and soothed in body and mind.

About Elizabeth


Hey there! I'm a Yoga Alliance-certified registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who has worked with the Raleigh, North Carolina community since May 2022.

Like layers of a lotus flower unfolding, my yoga practice has deepened continuously over the years. What started as a good workout in 2018 has now become a belief system and roadmap through which I live my life.

Grounded in a holistic and accessible approach to yoga, I lead physical and energetic practices that leave students feeling strengthened, stretched and more connected to their true, full selves.

How? I meet every student where they are and encourage presence, patience and compassion so their practice can grow in their own right timing.

Beyond the poses, yoga offers ancient wisdom that we can integrate into today's world, helping us navigate the highs and lows of life with more ease, purpose and contentment.
